There are SEVEN primaries this week, including the most talked about, Michigan. Are you ready?
Election Day is Every Tuesday: Aug 3-9, 2026
This week there are seven primaries: KS, MI, MO, VA and WA are on Tuesday. TN is on Thursday, and HI is on Saturday.
Because there are so many races across all these states, below you will find voting and endorsement guides. Some of these are from local publications, while others are from Blue Voter Guide, and still others are from Sway.
If you don’t know yet, Sway is a organization where educated voices can create voting groups focused on all sorts of things. And they create their own voter guide with all the people they strongly believe in.
For instance, Amanda Nelson and Kate Powell, MPA, CFRE are people I intrinsically trust on everything, especially when it comes to VA, so their guides for the VA primary are below.
And of course just a reminder that I also have a voting group that you can join as well! It’s especially useful if you want to make sure your elections are covered in this guide.
I know this is late, I also wish I had gotten this out earlier, but hopefully, if you haven’t made your decision yet and decided to vote last minute this is helpful.
And please remember. if you are voting absentee for any of these races, it is long past time that you can safely put your ballot in the mail. Take your ballot to a drop box or to a polling location. Nearly 150,000 ballots were thrown out in California, some of that was because they didn’t cure their ballot, but most of it was people who trusted USPS to get their ballots in on time.
