Daily Dems Doing the Work, Making Noise and Fighting Back Day 37

Today is one of those days that I am completely overwhelmed, and I could not even attempt to cover everything. this isn’t even a sampling of what happened today and I’m afraid if I don’t post everything people won’t see it

I posted a lot of it here and on Threads and Blue Sky, so please amplify what I did post through out the day and lift all of those people up, they very much deserve it!

I’m only including a very small amount of things from before the address.

Is filing a misconduct complaint with the New York bar against Emil Bove. This is the first step of any potential disbarment.

took off their jackets as they walked out of the chamber so that the backs of their shirt were facing DT.

Speaking of Stansbury, she held up a sign behind DT as he was walking in that a Republican Member Of Congress ripped from her hand

And I also wanna mention that

Maxwell Frost said that those who didn’t attend, had their seats filled by Republican staff members, but if they walked out in the middle of the speech, there was no one left to fill their seat

Yvette Clarke said that DT was visibly furious that they were not heckling him. He wanted them to heckle him so he could have some thing to go off of and they refuse to give him that.

And finally

Sen Elissa Slotkin (MI)

Gave one of if not the best rebuttals I have ever seen. it was short, but incredibly powerful and could honestly change hearts and minds and I hope you were listening, especially to the end because the end is where she told us what we need to do

So this isn’t near complete and please comment with your favorite moment from our Democrats today.

For the record, for anyone who comments Democrats do something, or anything connected to that, I will be deleting your comment because we need to unify and we need to lift up their voices.

They did something incredible today and if you can’t recognize that, you are requiring perfection, and perfection is the enemy of progress.
