All Eyes on DC (or they should be)
Election Day is every Tuesday: June 15-21, 2026
For the first time in 35 years, DC is getting a new delegate in Congress. I know, wild.
And Mayor Muriel Bowser is not seaking a fourth term, so DC has some pretty important elections in this week’s primary.
In addition…
The entire state of Alabama has a runoff, and then there are some local races as well, same goes for Georgia, Oklahoma has their midterm primary, and finally, in California, Swalwell’s seat is getting filled, or it will if one candidate gets over 50% of the vote.
There might be only two Midterm primaries, but this is a jam packed election week.
I also want to note that I have finally followed through on my promise from previous weeks. If you are a member of my voting group, I am targeting your races. That means, I’m spending more time finding more info, writing down priorities and endorsements etc.
If you see a race with only candidates and a link to their campaign website, that means I don’t have any voters signed up in that district. So if you want me and my team to cover your election, please sign up to my voter group.
These guides are not easy, so this is the best way to make it less stressful for me and my team.
Anyway, without further do, the guide
