Election Day is Every Tuesday: Mar 30 - Apr 5, 2026
Small but mighty election day!
This week’s elections are pretty lowkey, but, as always, that doesn’t mean they don’t matter. We got two Dem legislative runoffs in AR. They’re both Dem seats already, so it’s a great chance to just get the right candidate. DE, IA, MA, and SC all have municipal elections, and we know how important those are now, right?
And, at the end of the week there’s a City Council race in Houston, Texas as well.
There’s also early voting starting in Georgia and Missouri.
Do you have an election this week? Are you gonna vote?

Audrey Nath Priorities: increasing funding and access to special education and services for students with disabilities, protecting resources that directly benefit students rather than administrative spending, and advocating for policies that support teachers and families; prioritizes preserving school libraries, improving student learning resources, and ensuring decisions in the district are transparent, accountable, and focused on student outcomes.
Patrick Oathout Priorities: expanding housing by streamlining permitting and development processes, improving budget transparency and oversight, and ensuring taxpayer funds are used effectively; safer neighborhoods through police recruitment, violence-prevention programs, and expanded mental-health crisis response, along with faster action on issues such as illegal dumping and dangerous intersections; infrastructure improvements—including drainage, flood protection, street and sidewalk repairs, and better tracking of 311 service requests—while advocating for strong constituent services, protection of LGBTQ+ residents, and defending local control for Houston communities.
Joe Panzarella Priorities: improving sidewalks, transit access, and road design to reduce traffic injuries and make walking, biking, and driving safer, while also investing in drainage and flood-resilience projects, expanding affordable housing by reforming development rules and encouraging mixed-income projects, addressing Houston’s budget challenges through transparent financial planning, and protecting critical infrastructure such as water systems and energy supply and stronger constituent services, heat-mitigation efforts like tree planting, and protecting the rights and safety of LGBTQ+ residents and immigrant communities
