Spoke on the floor of the Texas House against the redistricting scheme. He was joined by fellow Texas Democratic Reps Congressman Greg Casar (TX-35) and Sylvia Garcia (TX-29).
You can watch the whole hearing, which was over six hours long, but Republicans abruptly cut short.
