Knocking on doors for a special election turned out to be very rewarding, as most people I talked to said something like, "Wait, is that this weekend? I thought it was next weekend" or "Oh yeah, I remember hearing about that." I'd tell them it's right now, here's your polling place, you can literally just walk over there anytime including Sunday! I'm pretty sure I got Ryan like ten votes all by myself.
