Pulled Rep Raul Ruiz (CA-25) out of the above hearing, for her myth busting series, to explain why as a doctor himself, he would give RFK Jr’s HHS an F rating and RFK jr would have literally failed out of medical school and residency with the disinformation he’s spreading.

Representative Rob Menendez (NJ-08)
Has today is Democratic Daily Download which is all about raising the alarm about the provision in the brutal bill that allows for a 10 year ban on any regulation of AI.
And the senate parliamentarian said two days ago that it can stay in, so it can’t be removed by the Byrd rule.

Sen Thom Tillis (NC) passed around a flyer in Republican meetings, showing the cost to their constituents of the brutal bill. Sen Chuck Shumer (NY) got a copy and broke down the flyer during yesterday‘s Senate Dems weekly press conference
Senate Majority Leader, John Thune, told Axios that Democrats have "done a good job out-demagogging” the messaging of the brutal bill.

Has signed onto the letter to the CEO of Palantir tech technologies demanding information on what the hell they are doing with our data. The other signers include Sens Ron Wyden (OR), Jeff Merkley (OR), and Senator Elizabeth Warren (MA) as well as reps Jim McGovern (MA-02), AOC (NY-14), Sara Jacobs (CA-51), Rashida Tlaib (MI-12) and Summer Lee (PA-12)
Sen Cory Booker (NJ)
Has put a blue slip on Emil Bove’s judicial nomination.
A blue slip from the Senator of that state means that is the end of the discussion, as long as Grassley continues to accept them.
Sen Dick Durbin (IL) also used the blue slip model, though not the literal blue slip to object to a judicial nominee from another state because JD Vance set the precedent. (You can find more info about that in Daily Dems Day 116. Not a single judicial nominee has gotten through and that is because our Democrats are fighting back.

Is asking every Democrat to put a photo of the Jan 6 plaque honoring the officers who defended the Capitol outside their office. because it’s been two years since the House voted to install the plaque and Johnson still refuses.
